how global warming happens

Global warming occurs when greenhouse gases and fumes are put out into the earths atmosphere. Data has shown a higher release of carbon dioxide into the world as the years continue. Until the 1920's coal was the most popular fume to use. By 1968 liquid fuels became popular. Cement production and gas flaring also caused global warming. " Global Warming" by David E. Newton is a great source for information. It is filled with tables of data and shows you how the earths atmosphere has been greatly affected and changed by global warming. A study has also been shown that the increase in temperature in the earth has gone up when more carbon dioxide is used. As the earths internal and external temperature rises the more global warming is coming to an effect.

How can we stop Global Warming?

global warming

How do we stop global warming? One way to stop global warming is to use renewable energy. One renewable energy source would be solar power. Also the more products you use that are 1. made out of recycle-able materials or 2. can be recycled the better. The use of coal is HURTING! global warming. It is putting pollution and unwanted materials into the air which are causing global warming. When you go to your supermarket there are products like trash bags and plastic bags that YOU can buy to help reduce global warming and keep our earth healthy.

What is global warming?

Global Warming

GLOBAL WARMING IS A PROBLEM! It is when the earths climate changes. So far scientists have figured out that the greenhouse gases make the earth warmer by trapping the gas in the atmosphere. If the earth gets warmer and goes through global warming some affects you might see could be warmer winters, more rain, and hotter summers. We actually began altering the earths climate as far back as in the Industrial Revolution. Some small things you can do around your house to eliminate global warming are turning off your lights, lowering the thermostat, and even just covering your pots and pans when you are cooking.
